nbn construction to start to connect Noosa communities sooner

Federal Member for Wide Bay, Llew O’Brien today said construction of the nbn will start in Noosa communities before the end of the year, ahead of the rollout schedule.

“The Liberal Nationals Government prioritized the rollout of the nbn to underserviced areas and I’m pleased that construction will soon begin to deliver the nbn to approximately 23,300 premises across Noosa,” Mr O’Brien said.

Llew O’Brien announces funding for Cherbourg’s Ration Shed Museum

Federal Member for Wide Bay, Llew O’Brien today announced that Cherbourg’s historic Ration Shed Museum will receive $237,000 from the Liberal Nationals Government.

The funding will be used to develop and deliver education programs, repair and refurbish buildings, and build capacity to strengthen the organisation.
