Available now – The School Leavers’ Guide for 2017

Federal Member for Wide Bay Llew O’Brien has released a School Leavers’ Guide, packed with useful information to help Year 12 students prepare for life after school.

“As Year 12 students approach the end of school, they are faced with many decisions about their future,” Mr O’Brien said.

“The School Leavers’ Guide provides a summary of the range of options they might consider, and useful information about the services available to help them make the right choices about their life after school.”

This helpful guide covers topics including career development, further education and training, as well as information on financial assistance.

The guide will be distributed to secondary schools in the Wide Bay electorate.  It is also available to download here or by calling 1300 301 968.
